“Pero” by Designer Aneeth Arora set the runway, at “ Amazon India Fashion Week 2016 ”, on fire for the second time and the show turned out to be successful and rocking, like the way it did last year with her cute and quirky “Pajama Party” collection.

The Delhi-based Designer with her signature lines and checks took the audience to the nostalgic-old-school-days-memories!

The “Pero” by Aneeth Arora is immensely inspired by Pippi Longstocking, the protagonist of Astrid Lindgren’s eponymous series of children’s books.

The models walked the ramp with complete ease and comfort, confidently in trendy monochrome dresses, jackets, jumpsuits with poppys adding a pinch of red.

The fabrics used for the collection are woolen fabrics like angora, pashmina, gingham and merino along with embroidery throughout in tune with the symphony of the season. Also, khadi, chanderi and denim with lace details have their touch in the whole lot of collection! Completing the look the silhouettes were crafted with longstockings of pippi and boots.pero-9

All the models thoroughly nailed the show and enjoyed themselves with the lively music! In fact to set up the scene of a classroom on the ramp the band did not use any conventional musical instruments, but props like chalk, duster, pen, lunchbox, blackboard and bench.
